We kick off Wednesday May 28 at a super cool spot in Seattle - exact location TBC - from 6:30PM - 8:30PM. Subsequent Wednesday sessions:

Between each session, we will have optional check-in calls and an always-on online community for questions, in-the-moment help and camaraderie.
**Why Wednesday? Because it gives you two more business days in the week to practice what you learned. That, plus a mid-week bump of energy never hurt anyone.

This 6 session program is your pass to owning your career and leadership potential like a rockstar. We’ll kick things off by figuring out what really matters to you (hello, core values!) and spotting your “stuckness.” Plus, you’ll set bold intentions and learn how to ask the questions that will actually move the needle. From there, you’ll rewrite your career story, silence that annoying inner critic, and get crystal clear on how to own your wins like the pro you are. You’ll become a corporate athlete by designing your ideal workday, finding that sweet spot between productivity and well-being, and creating a plan you can actually stick to. Then, we’ll dive into unlocking your inner mentor and building your self-coaching prowess. You’ll also explore the power of the individual, organizational, and systemic influences shaping your experiences—and hone your skills for excelling through change. Finally, you’ll work on building your executive presence, writing your playbook for communicating effectively and winning over just about anyone. And of course, we’ll wrap it all up with a huge celebration of how far you’ve come, leaving you ready to lead like you were born to.

Glad you asked! This is what makes the program so fun and impactful. We have monthly in-person meetings where you’ll connect with amazing humans on a similar journey to you. You’ll be part of an always-on online community (invitation to join will be sent after registration) and we’ll host optional check-in calls in between each session for you to touch base and stay connected with your career dream team. Plus, we’ll dust off our matchmaking skills to pair you with an accountability buddy who’ll help you stay on track and maximize the content. Think of it like building your own crew of go-getters.

We know that life can get in the way and throw curveballs. If you can’t make it to one of the sessions, we’ll help make sure you have the content you need to stay on track. If you can’t make it for two or more sessions, we can work with you on the best way to proceed.

We ask participants to first apply to ensure that each person is a good fit for the cohort, both in terms of goals and mindset, so that the group can support one another in a meaningful way. This helps us ensure that everyone who joins is ready to fully engage, contribute, and make the most of the resources and opportunities available. This creates a focused, high-energy environment where everyone can thrive, learn and grow together.
