Meet Julie & Meg

We’re your hosts for this 6-month experience, so we figured you should know a little about us. We’re excited to work with you!

Julie Stoltman

Julie Stoltman is the founder of Reframe Career & Leadership, where she helps people get really clear on their values and career goals—so they can actually love what they do.

Julie's own career journey has spanned public sector leadership, social entrepreneurship and women's economic advancement. She's also sported reflective vests on Amazon warehouse floors to train people with disabilities, conducted intakes in the immensely important space of community mental health, and hustled down the halls of Parliament trying not to sound too American. She's all about creating spaces for professionals to breath, reflect, and figure out what's next, whether it's transitioning to a new role, redefining success or finding new work that feels meaningful.

Born and raised on the East Coast, she started her career in the UK but now calls Seattle home. When she's not helping others find their way or sparking impactful change for humans and teams alike, you'll likely find her enjoying a morning workout near Lake Washington, chasing after her two little girls, or curled up reading fiction in a cozy coffee shop.

Expect conversation that's thoughtful, energetic and full of the insights you never knew you needed.

Meg Manazir spent two decades communicating in the tech industry – creating and scaling corporate programs worldwide, driving crisis communications strategies, leading digital initiatives and mentoring incredible humans. She led communications for senior leaders through the pandemic, situations of racial and social injustice, as well as layoffs and business shifts, all while managing fast-paced, high-stakes projects.

A short blonde with visible tattoos and piercings, Meg jokes about carving her own colorful path to success—ensuring that her authenticity was front and center when bringing bold ideas to the table and working with leaders around the world. In mid-2024, she left the corporate grind–finally realizing that success didn’t have to come at the expense of her well-being. Now, she channels her experience (and passion) into helping people, teams and companies thrive through her consultancy.

Meg brings humor, irreverence and a giant smile (although she’s still working on her winking skills). She tells it like it is and takes great pride in building partnerships that deliver meaningful results. Get ready: She’ll want to meet your dog, hear what makes you tick, and create moments for shared laughter.
